とりあえず今日の夕方までにやっておきますね。
機種はN503かF503ですか？
10K以内ですよね？

サイズ変更は比率を切り取りたい画像の等倍にして一気に圧縮します。
これはペイント以外のフリーのソフトでも可能ですよ。
スレに載っているもので試してみてくださいね。
